Goodbye USA… Hello Australia.

As i sit here in my bedroom i’m looking at the oversized-overstuffed suitcase full of just about every clothing item i wear these days. Whenever i pack for long trips i realize how many clothes i really do have and consequently how many clothes i do not wear! One day i’ll unselfishly pile them together and take them to goodwill or something of the sort. It’d be nice to have actual drawer/closet space. But that’s a whole different story.

Today, I’m leaving for Australia. Yes, you read correctly… Australia. It’s really hard to believe that this career has taken me/us so far already and we’ve barely scratched the surface. I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity, everyone i know is jealous and I can’t wait to just impact AU in the best way we know how! I’d greatly appreciate your thoughts and prayers for my band and I (Hot Chelle Rae) on this trip. We’ve got A LOT of flying to do, and a lot of driving. Just getting there today alone is about 24 hours of flight time. After AU we’ll be hopping onto the Vans Warped Tour immediately! (See our website for tour dates)

So my days are sure packed for a while… I’m gonna miss Nashville and i’ve had an amazing little break here the past couple weeks. But now its time to get dirty. Everyone who has been supporting us so far I can’t thank enough, please continue to do so… please tell your friends, request our song “Bleed” at your local radio stations, visit our website, etc… or just holla at me :) Always nice to hear from friends and fans!!!
